    "description": "Staffordshire County Council is procuring a Framework for the provision of Security Services and any additional associated services including Static \u0026 Mobile guarding, unoccupied buildings, open \u0026 lock provisions and key holding services for Staffordshire County Council establishments.\r\n\r\nThe Framework Agreement is to satisfy the security requirements of the SCC portfolio and to future proof services during the contract term due to changing requirements and a changing portfolio. The services to be included are: -\r\n\u2022\tMobile patrol security cover\r\n\u2022\tProvide Open and Lock up services and External and Internal Patrolling\r\n\u2022\tAlarm activation and emergency response as required\r\n\u2022\tControl access to the premises out of normal office hours\r\n\u2022\tCCTV Monitoring\r\n\u2022\tStatic Guarding\r\n\u2022\tOffice Building and Reception Security\r\n\r\nThe framework is split into 5 lots and more detailed information is provided in each specification for each lot.",
