    "description": "Tenders are being sought for repairs to a damaged spire of a Victorian Cemetery Chapel. Suspected corrosion of embedded metalwork has occurred in the masonry supporting the spire. The embedded ties and rods are to be replaced with stainless steel and the stonework is to be repaired using indent repairs and new stonework as appropriate. In order to access the stonework for repair it will be necessary to lift or remove the tiled timber spire construction temporarily.\r\n\r\nTenders can be submitted in a sealed envelope marked \u0027Tender Return\u0027 to:\r\nThe Town Clerk\r\nHorncastle Town Council\r\nTown Council Office\r\nThe Stanhope Hall\r\nBoston Road\r\nHorncastle\r\nLN9 6NF\r\n\r\nor sent by email to tenders@horncastletowncouncil.co.uk \r\n\r\nPlease provide an indication of your earliest start date and estimated duration of works with your tender return.\r\n\r\nIf you wish to visit the property a MEWP will be made available on Thursday 27th and Friday 38th June for further inspection.
