Description

The Employer Asbestos Removals works to their housing stock (predominately tenant occupied properties) as instructed by the Employer to be carried out in (the "Contract Area"). The contract is let on a JCT measured term basis with a 3 year fixed term with 2 x 1 year extension options. There is no volume or workflow guarantee but indicatively it is anticipated that orders for works between £0.01 & £737337.03 per annum split between two contractors as per the ITT will be issued under this contract. The underlying contract is awarded following a mini competition from Lot Lot 4 Asbestos Removal Works (Licenced and Unlicensed) of the EN:Procure Asbestos, Demolition and Water Hygiene Framework.
