    "description": "The purpose of Sellafield Ltd. is to create a clean and safe environment for future generations. Sellafield Ltd. commits to safe, secure, sustainable, site stewardship enabled by the management of a smart, agile, and resilient site.\r\n\r\n\u0027Fellside\u0027 comprises the Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHPP) and Fellside Boiler Park (FBP); its purpose is to provide a continuous, safe supply of process and welfare steam to the Sellafield nuclear site. Steam has an associated nuclear safety case (in compliance with Nuclear Site Licence Conditions). Fellside is therefore a critical enabler to the achievement of Sellafield Ltd\u0027s mission and towards the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority\u0027s (NDA) strategic outcomes.\r\n\r\nSellafield Ltd has engaged with Equans E\u0026S Solutions Limited as a suitable Operations, Maintenance and Management partner to ensure continued safe operations of the Fellside site while delivering high levels of availability of both process and welfare steam for the Sellafield site. This agreement is the Operations, Maintenance \u0026 Management Agreement (OM\u0026M Agreement).\r\n\r\nThe duration of the contract is for an initial term of six years with an option to extend the agreement by up to two further years. The estimated value of the 8-year contract is \u00a3128M.\r\n\r\nThe contract commenced on 03/12/2025.",
