    "description": "This procurement is for the provision of services related to the servicing \u0026 maintenance of stair lifts, step lifts, through lifts and lifting hoists within the North Somerset area, and surrounding area such as Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, and Sedgemoor local / unitary authority areas.\r\n      \r\n      This procurement is being tendered using an open non-PCR2015 procedure. \r\n      \r\n      The estimated value of the resulting contract will be between \u00a320,000 and \u00a340,000 (ex VAT) depending upon variables such as frequency of activities, potential business growth and inflation over the course of the contract. \r\n      \r\n      The duration of the contract is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 24 months, ending on 30th April 2030. AHG intends to award the contracts on 1st April 2025 to go live on 1st May 2025. \r\n      \r\n      Tender (ITT) submissions MUST be received no later than Thursday 13th March 2025 at midday.  Potential Providers must familiarise themselves with the operation of the e-tendering portal and allow sufficient time for the uploading of required documents. Tenders submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.",
