The Council is seeking to undertake an Infrastructure Delivery Plan. \r\n\r\nThe primary purpose of the Infrastructure Delivery Plan is to form part of the evidence base for the Local Plan, informing policy drafting and site allocations. It will also include an Infrastructure Delivery Schedule which will be used as a tool for directing and coordinating infrastructure delivery throughout the Local Plan period.\r\n\r\nThe Infrastructure Delivery Plan will also be used when preparing and deciding planning applications to ensure infrastructure requirements are understood and where appropriate contributions from developers are secured.",
