    "description": "The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for external fabric repairs to the University of Sheffield Mining Block. \r\n\r\nScope of Requirement:\r\n\r\nThe works comprise external fabric repairs to the University of Sheffield Mining Block, including but not limited to the replacement of flat roof coverings, structural repairs to parapet walls and window lintels, replacement of windows and roof lights, and associated internal fabric repairs.\r\n\r\nThe full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest. \r\n\r\nTender Process and Documentation:\r\n\r\nThis is an open exercise.
