    "description": "Further competition held under: \r\n\r\nLPP/2020/011 - Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Minor Works \u0026 Maintenance \r\n\r\nCategory: Water Systems - Servicing, Legionella Testing, Thermostatic Mixing Valves, Water Hygiene \u0026 Associated Plant \r\n\r\nThe contractor will be required to undertake the management of the water safety plan, compliance and statutory systems including undertaking audits to the water pipeline installations and systems held within CHP properties. \r\n\r\nThe Contractor will visit the CHP identified premises across the CHP estate at the request of CHP  \r\n\r\nThe Contractor will support CHP in ensuring LIFTCo and FMCo discharge their respective contractual and legal duties commensurate with the provision of  a safe water supply to points of use across the CHP location.
