(single or batched properties).\r\n\u2022\tFlat to pitched re-roofing conversions.\r\n\u2022\tFlat re-roofing works such as outbuildings and garages, maisonettes, some houses, flats, shop units etc. \r\n\u2022\tVarious Architypes from traditional brick built to prefabricated light weight roofing systems.\r\n\u2022\tRe-roofing buildings of historical importance in conservation areas.\r\n\u2022\tOccasional re-roofing of emergency referral properties (when required).\r\n\u2022\tWorking with Green Roof projects.\r\n\u2022\tAny other associated works.",
