    "description": "This is a Service to help improve the Emotional Health and Wellbeing \r\n(EHWB) of Children and Young People (C\u0026YP) across Staffordshire. This will be \r\nachieved by providing an early intervention and prevention model of support to meet the \r\nmild to moderate mental health needs of C\u0026YP. The Service will use evidence-based \r\napproaches to:\r\nPromote good EHWB for C\u0026YP and their Families. \r\nPrevent EHWB difficulties from occurring or getting worse.\r\nProvide interventions and support when C\u0026YP and their Families need them. \r\nThis Service is to be provided through a joint commissioning arrangement between \r\nStaffordshire County Council (SCC) and Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated \r\nCare Board (ICB). Formal arrangements will be in place to secure funding and contractual \r\nresponsibilities for the contract period.\r\nNote that where there is any reference to a specific branded name of a product, service, \r\naccreditation etc the Authority welcomes Suppliers to offer a fully equivalent substitute.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract has formally been awarded under the competitive process of the PSR.",
