Description

The Council wishes to establish an Agreement with a Contractor to provide monitoring, management and maintenance of closed landfill infrastructure on the six closed landfill sites (the 'Services'). The Services comprise the undertaking of all operational maintenance and monitoring activities at each of the sites as follows, in order to prevent or mitigate potential harm to human health, local amenity and the environment.
