Description

IT have reviewed requirements for a total upgrade of all hardware and software support for the FCS SaaB SAFE system for implementation in 2025. The current Managed Service Contract (MSA) is due to expire on September 30th 2025, and those items still covered by this contract will transfer to co-term under this contract. Call-off contract covers: One-off hardware upgrade covers hardware, software and Dell support costs & MTI's takeover of support (level 1 & level 2 for the hardware for 60mths) In years 1-5: Managed Service over 55mths, as co-terming some of the existing products under the current MSA which expires on 30/09/2025
