    "description": "The Growth Company (GC) is looking for a provider of an Employee Benefits Platform, which will continue to provide colleagues with a range of discounts and benefits. GC would like a reward platform that offers flexibility and an attractive range of benefits to users, as well as good value for money for GC. \r\n\r\nThe benefits GC currently have with our existing platform are outlined in the tender documents and must be included within your offer, however we would like to maximise what we can provide our colleagues and therefore would like to achieve as many additional benefits to colleagues as we can. \r\n\r\nCritical Requirements of this contract are:\r\n\u2022\tProvision of advice on best practice for additional Salary sacrifice or benefits to offer colleagues\r\n\u2022\tDedicated account manager (single point of contact) \r\n\u2022\tPhone App availability for discount schemes\r\n\u2022\tSingle Sign on available (GC uses Microsoft Azure)\r\n\u2022\tEase of use for administration purposes (awards vouchers seeing the moneys available and making the awards; payroll reporting for cycle to work and other benefits)\r\n\u2022\tSeparate invoicing to each GC subsidiary company where required\r\n\u2022\tAbility to deal with our 16 separate payrolls being run\r\n\u2022\tGetting the best retail discounts for staff and therefore understanding how these are awarded\r\n\u2022\tGood employee engagement and communication \r\n\u2022\tRegular webinars run for colleagues to promote the scheme\r\n\u2022\tKeep the content engaging regular review and comms/engagement on offers\r\n\r\nPlease review Document A and Document B to see the full details of this tender opportunity. \r\n\r\nTo apply for this tender opportunity, please register as a supplier on the Panacea Supplier Platform at the following web address: https://app.panacea-software.com/growth\r\n\r\nOnce you have accessed the site, to view the opportunity you need to navigate to \u0027Register Interest\u0027, click the \u0027Participate\u0027 Button, then navigate to \u0027My Questionnaires\u0027 where you will be able to download the documents.
