    "description": "Hampshire County Council\u0027s, Hampshire Transport Management (HTM) has awarded a contract to provide services to cover a legally required Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Transport Manager role due to a vacancy having arisen. HTM also requires additional service support to assist in an ongoing review of the service.\r\n\r\nAn initial contract term of 21 months has been agreed to allow HTM time to undertake strategic review of the services they provide within the county. \r\n\r\nAlthough the contract duration is for 21 months, this is an estimate and will be reviewed on a monthly bases following task completion and therefore the requirement/services could be completed earlier/sooner than the stated contract duration.\r\n\r\nThis is a call-off from the YPO framework agreement for: Managing Consultancy and Professional Services(Ref No: 1141).",
