This has resulted in several Project Lead vacancies remaining unfilled despite recruitment efforts. \\\\r\\r\r\n\\\\r\\r\r\nThere is a requirement to resource the delivery of externally funded placed based projects (Carlisle Station Gateway, Iron Line and Workington Gateway) with specialist Project Manager(s) whilst we continue recruitment efforts to secure people in permanent roles. Direct award to Morgan Consult and Advisory is requested to ensure timely delivery of the above projects.  \\\\r\\r\r\n\\\\r\\r\r\nProject Manager from Morgan Consult and Advisory is currently working on the above projects and has developed a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders alongside a detailed knowledge of project requirements.  \\\\r\\r\r\n",
