    "description": "Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver the Arboriculture Services, tree removal and other associated works to its void housing stock and other buildings, during the financial years 2025-2029, which will be based on a Schedule of Rates.  Time is of the essence with this contract as the properties are void and will need to be re-let as soon as possible; therefore the contractor will need to start the works after five working days\u0027 notice and complete the works within five working days.
