    "description": "LCRCA recognises the need to develop an accurate understanding of 5G coverage and capacity across the City Region, in order to:\r\n\r\n- Enable end-users to select the product(s) which best suits their need.\r\n- Inform discussions with infrastructure providers/MNOs regarding how to address capacity deficiencies.\r\n- Enable LCRCA and partner organisations to understand effectiveness of 5G enabled use-cases/applications.\r\n\r\nIt is therefore intended to procure a supplier to undertake coverage (i.e. signal strength) and capacity (i.e. speed experienced by user) surveys of the UK\u0027s four mobile networks across Liverpool City Region.\r\n\r\nData will be available to the public via the supplier\u0027s internet based mapping solution.
