We provide tailored support to help participants progress in their journey, deal with their barriers and get into sustainable employment. Seetec is seeking an Intervention Partner with a proven track record to deliver a support program for people with disabilities, regardless of formal diagnosis, to achieve meaningful employment and/or self-employment. The program should combine life coaching and career coaching and prioritise empowerment and inclusion ensuring participants have the tools and confidence to thrive. Program delivery: Six-week program with weekly 2-hour online sessions to groups of 10-12 participants with additional independent tasks. Delivered by professionals who understand the challenges faced by people with disabilities and how to navigate them. The program should include: - Discovering talents and skills - identifying participant's commercial value. - Defining Purpose, Mission, and Goals - Overcoming barriers - building resilience and confidence. - Telling the participant's story - crafting a compelling narrative and navigating the employment process. - Career planning - identifying ideal roles, employers, and how to stand out. - Interview mastery - mindset, communication, and showcasing disability as an asset. Employer Engagement: The provider must have strong relationships with employers actively seeking to recruit people with disabilities. The provider will: - Facilitate introductions between participants and employers. - Support participants to approach employers with confidence. - Coach participants on how to effectively articulate their value as candidates. Self-Employment: For participants interested in self-employment, the program should include: - Expert guidance - Training on business structures, financial planning, and creating a business plan. - Exposure to potential mentors and investors to accelerate business readiness. Participants should leave the program with a Career Roadmap, a clear action plan for next steps and be able to identify opportunities, approach employers, and confidently present themselves as capable candidates. The provider must be able to deliver remotely to cohorts from the Southwest and Northwest, and must have employer relationships in these areas. Additional information: Program Goals: 1. Empower Participants: Focus on individual strengths, capabilities, and aspirations to craft realistic and inspiring career goals. 2. Connect to Employers: Identify and leverage employer partnerships to provide direct routes into employment. 3. Financial Aspirations: Help participants understand potential earnings and how to achieve them. 4. Barrier Removal: Address and overcome personal and systemic obstacles to employment. 5. Self-Advocacy Skills: Enable participants to confidently "sell" their abilities and unique value to prospective employers. Seetec reserves the right to award the contract to one or more providers depending on the applications received and the successful providers will be included onto our database of Intervention Partners. Payment Mechanism: Spot purchase basis with no guaranteed volumes. Seetec hold contracts across several government departments, spanning multiple geographies across England. Seetec Contracting entity: Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC) This procurement is to deliver services remotely for cohorts of 10-12 participants in the Southwest and Northwest regions. However, referrals may come from the Employability, Business & Training or Communities & Education business units, which trade under the following names: - Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC) - Seetec Pluss Ltd - Pluss CIC - NexSphere Business Solutions Limited - Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company Ltd (KSSCRC) Standard T&Cs attached for information in addition to these there will be KPIs and SLAs to include: - Participant progress updates - Attendance reporting - Case study submissions - Contract management reviews - Progress into work, post course completion Specific requirements and capabilities: - Supplier must be able to deliver online sessions - Supplier must have employer relationships on the Northwest and Southwest - Supplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information). - Supplier must have experience working with participants with disabilities - Supplier must submit the rate card template provided which should include the full list of services they are able to provide. - Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified. Framework: This procurement is for a specific need. However, Seetec will be launching a framework for Intervention Partners who can deliver support services and training to our participants in 2025. The successful supplier in this bid will automatically be included in Seetec's 2025 framework and we do not envisage you needing to reapply for this. Once on the framework, Seetec reserves the right to direct award future contracts to these Suppliers.
