NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board has a corporate telephony service that is coming to the end of the current contract in March 2025. The current service is Cisco Unified Communications Manager, based on Cisco technology . It is based on premise, over the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board COIN network, in the two data centres that are managed by NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board staff. It is anticipated that there will be suppliers that can continue to support the same physical setup.
