Description

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). Blashford Bridge carries the A338 between Ringwood and Fordingbridge over an EA main river. The bridge has suffered from spalling concrete to the soffit exposing corroded reinforcement. Repairs to this have failed and are difficult to carry out due to very low headroom. This commission is to provide a view on options for repair of the bridge, if at all possible or, more likely, options for replacement.
