    "description": "Description\r\nThe United Kingdom Home Department (Home Office) is intending to deliver reintegration support to Returning Individuals from the UK in two countries:\r\n\u2022 Algeria\r\n\u2022 Sri Lanka\r\n\r\nBACKGROUND\r\nTo support the United Kingdom Home Department (Home Office) key priorities of tackling illegal migration, removing those with no right to be here, and protecting the vulnerable, the department is seeking a Recipient(s) to deliver reintegration services to support Returning Individuals from the United Kingdom (UK) to the two countries: Algeria and Sri Lanka\r\n\r\nPURPOSE OF THE FUNDING\r\n\u2022 Pre-departure information - produce a country-specific information sheet that will enable Returning Individuals to contact the Recipient directly.\r\n\u2022 Produce relevant pre-departure communications for Returning Individuals, including video, audio, social media, and marketing communications.\r\n\u2022 Airport reception provision for Returning Individuals to address immediate needs (for charters and upon request for scheduled flights).\r\n\u2022 Temporary accommodation for up to 5 nights following arrival.  \r\n\u2022 Transportation to an onward destination in-country.\r\n\u2022 Care and food provision packs.\r\n\u2022 Assistance with family tracing and reunification services.\r\n\u2022 Support with in-country redocumentation requirements.\r\n\u2022 Signpost and support-provision to access local services including housing, health services, social services support, educational support, legal services, and financial services (where available).\u2022 Mental Health support (where required).\r\n\u2022 Support with accessing the labour market.\r\n\u2022 Management of the Returnee Education and Entrepreneurship fund (REEF) to provide:\r\no support with setting up a business; or\r\no support with accessing vocational training; or \r\no support with accessing further education.\r\n\u2022 Hosting workshops and/or mentorship programmes to upskill Returning Individuals.\r\n\u2022 Legal migration pathways and recruitment in third countries.\r\n\u2022 Effective monitoring and evaluation of reintegration outcomes.\r\n\r\nELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF APPLICANTS\r\nThe Home Office invites applications from those organisations who express an interest in the opportunity and meet the eligibility criteria. \r\nThe Applicant must: \r\n\u2022\tbe a non-statutory sector organisations that are charities (if a charity has a UK charity number), Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), community organisation, or social enterprise and non-profit making organisation in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and overseas,  \r\n\u2022\tbe able to deliver the Purpose the full duration of the grant period, including any possible extension period, and\r\n\u2022\tbe able to meet all lotting criteria and outcomes.\r\nScheme specific:\r\nThe Applicant must:\r\n\u2022\tbe committed to work with Returning Individuals who have been convicted in the UK criminal justice system (Foreign National Offenders); and\r\n\u2022\thave previous experience of delivering reintegration services in the past 3 years; and\r\n\u2022\thave legal authority to operate across the entire in the country they are applying for.\r\n\r\nAdditional information: For full details, please download the attached document.\r\n\r\nHow to register \r\n\r\nIn order to apply for funding, Applicants will first need to register on the Home Office (HO) Jaggaer portal via the following link: \r\nhttps://homeoffice.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html\r\nApplicants should be approved for usage within 24 hours of registering on the system. \r\n\r\nAfter clicking on the eSourcing portal link, it should take you to the home page. On the left-hand side of this page, just below the login boxes, there is an option to register. \r\n\r\nTo register as a supplier, you will need to provide information which will include: \r\n\u2022\tthe full legal name of your organisation; \r\n\u2022\tyour DUNS number - a unique nine-digit number provided to organisations free of charge by Dun \u0026 Bradstreet (if you are an international organisation, and do not have a DUNS number, please email (HOCommercial.Reintegration@homeoffice.gov.uk); and\r\n\u2022\tprofile information describing your organisation and the size of your business. \r\n\r\nOnce registered as a supplier on the portal, please send a notification e-mail to HOCommercial.Reintegration@homeoffice.gov.uk and request access to the associated documents for the Home Office Reintegration Programme competition.\r\n\r\nEmail to include: \r\nEmail subject line \"Reintegration Programme - Portal Access.\" \r\nOrganisation name (as registered on Jaggaer).\r\nOrganisation type (as per eligibility criteria above).\r\nContact name (as registered on Jaggaer). \r\nE-mail address. \r\nCountry Lot(s) you are applying for.\r\n\r\nConfirm you meet the essential eligibility criteria:\r\n\u2022\tbe committed to work with Returning Individuals who have been convicted in the UK criminal justice system (Foreign National Offenders); and\r\n\u2022\thave previous experience of delivering reintegration services in the past 3 years; and\r\n\u2022\thave legal authority to operate across the entire in the country they are applying for; and\r\nIf you have any difficulties registering on the system, then you should contact the Supplier eSourcing Helpdesk: customersupport@jaggaer.com \r\n\r\nThe HO Jaggaer eSourcing portal is independent of other eSourcing portals. Therefore, if you have registered on the Crown Commercial Service Jaggaer eSourcing portal, you will also need to register on the HO Jaggaer eSourcing portal.\r\n\r\nTherefore, if you have registered on the Crown Commercial Service Jaggaer eSourcing portal, you will also need to register on the HO Jaggaer eSourcing portal. \r\n\r\nPlease note that applications will only be accepted via the HO eSourcing portal. Any applications received outside of this system will not be considered. \r\n\r\nPlease note that registering for access to the eSourcing portal will not make you a Home Office supplier.
