Description

The Hwb Torfaen is inviting contractor(s) to tender for the construction work associated with the first phase of a 10-year capital re-development at Woodlands Road Community Centre in Croesyceiliog.This includes the construction of a new entrance, refurbishment of toilets, the installation of a platform lift, and a new reception portal. This contract is subject to grant funding, while a round one pass from National Lottery has been achieved, this does not guarantee a round two pass. A round two pass requires a competitive tender, and contractor to be identified who will undertake the works, should funding be achieved.
