If required, the tree/s will be referred to the appointed contractor to conduct a formal inspection and report whether works are required.\r\n Proactive works flow:\r\n - Remedial works sent to the contractor.\r\n - Contractor to provide costs to Communities Estates Officer.\r\n - Purchase Order raised and works authorised by Communities Estates Officer.\r\n - Works completed by contractor with before and after photos included in the completion report to be sent to the Communities Estates Officer.\r\n Reactive works flow:\r\n - Tree referred to contractor for review.\r\n - Formal inspection conducted and any recommendations/costs documented electronically and sent to Communities Estates Officer for review.\r\n - Purchase Order raised and works authorised by Communities Estates Officer.\r\n - Works completed by contractor with before and after photos included in the completion report to be sent to the Communities Estates Officer.",
