Description

Cardiff University requires the appointment of a suitable Contractor to execute Glazing Replacement Works at Buildings throughout the University of Cardiff Estates complex. Note these Works specifically exclude glazed Curtain Walling supplied and installed through specialist OEM’s. For information the University can be considered as two main areas i) Residential Campus comprising 167 (residential) buildings and approximating 117,000 metre squared and ii) Academic Campus comprising 119 (Academic) buildings and approximating 377,000 metre squared.
