The services operating under this contract will be managed and administered centrally by the Revenues Department of our Resources Directorate.\r\n The services required as part of this Framework include:\r\n 1. \u00e2\u0080\u0098No-win-no-fee\u00e2\u0080\u0099 VAT reclamation projects - these will be either the Councils or Supplier suggested VAT related projects for which the payment mechanism will be a NWNF % of the reclaimed VAT figure.\r\n 2. Specialist tax advice on major projects \u00e2\u0080\u0093 as required and directed by the Councils, and paid on a daily or hourly rate basis.",
