Awen Cultural trust operates Bettws Life Centre as a community centre that comprises of a Library, function hall, café, training room and offices. With the aid of a Welsh Government grant we are planning to refurbish the library, office, and training room spaces -primarily to make them more energy efficient and more useable spaces.Please refer to document for scope.
