    "description": "This notice is to inform the market of a successful tender for the for the upgrading and replacement of controls at the primary school, which is the Infants and Junior blocks and associated electrical work.The scope of the project was described in the ITT and shown on drawings .A BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS IS SHOWN BELOW:-\tReplace heating control panels in both Infants and Junior blocks.-\tInstall a new BMS system.-\tRemoval of redundant wiring and controls-\tLink both the Infants and Junior school control systems.-\tInstall BMS supervisor software and set up link to Penallta Office.-\tInstall and set up BMS head-end on an agreed local PC.-\tSet up BMS internet software on the nominated PC(s).-\tArrange with the School and set up phone line connections.-\tInclude for all wiring alterations in the control panels, external wiring and containment.-\tInstall new supply and control wiring and containment.-\tRemove old control panels, sensors and pockets in pipe work, also space sensors.-\tInstall new control panels with sensors and pipe pockets as required.-\tConduct all electrical works.-\tReinsulate pipework where removed.-\tRecommission and test boiler and other plant as required.-\tUpgrade the Infants School gas safety system.-\tCommissioning of control systems, with demonstrations / instructions to at least two members of staff.-\tInclude for ALL builders, decorations, and making good.-\tManagement duties to co-ordinate and guide contractors under his control and third-party contractors working in the same areas.-\tAllow for upgrading and connection to a gas detection system for alarms etc wired back to interface with the control panel.-\tO\u0026M Manuals and as fitted drawings.-\tWork Plan",
