    "description": "Each year Academi Wales designs, commissions and delivers a significant number of learning and development initiatives comprising a blend of short programmes, organisational change interventions, a number of iconic events, a suite of high-quality publications and e-enabled development which are all focussed on building the knowledge, skills and behaviours of managers and leaders.The aim of this contract is to secure a venue for hosting the One Welsh Public Service Leadership Summer School for 2025.This will be a 4-day residential event Tuesday \u00e2\u0080\u0093 Friday for the W/C 30th June \u00e2\u0080\u0093 4th  July for around 180 participants. (The venue would be required on Monday 30th for event set up).  Brief outline of requirements:Strong Wi-FiPlenary room large enough to accommodate up to 180 participants, 23 tables cabaret style, staging and space for simultaneous translation and AV/filming crewA room adjacent to the main hall with sufficient space to establish a main receptionAll facilities/rooms to be within close proximity and walking distance of main hallUp to 23 syndicate workshop/facilitator smaller roomsOn-site catering for up to 180 people per dayOn-suite single occupancy accommodation (dbb) for 180, with availability of disabled access if required.Ample car parkingStrong public transport linksAccess to Student Union for socialisingLocation of work - South/Mid Wales",
