    "description": "Bridgend County Borough Council are awarding a contract to an organisation to complete the below at St Marys RC. Complete removal of the existing roof waterproofing system and reinstatement with a new Alumasc system to current design standards including insulation, skylights and re-routing of all rainwater outlets where applicable, removal and renewal of high-level windows to the main hall area to allow for sufficient upstands to the roof. Alumasc Roofing are the product providers for this requirement as Bridgend County Borough Council are standardising the roof material, repairs and training across the Borough. Alumasc also offer 40 years warranty.",
