    "description": "Cwmpas run a number of projects funded by Welsh Government, UK Government, local authorities and other public bodies. We also bid for, and deliver commercial contracts that help us achieve our Strategy. We are seeking a number of Suppliers to support our clients with Business Planning, Financial Forecasting, Review and Assessment.Cwmpas wishes to appoint up to 6 Suppliers to a framework for Business Planning, Financial Forecasting, Review and Assessment Support. The framework will run for three years with the potential to extend for a further year. Under the Framework Agreement, Suppliers will be required to deliver services both virtually and face to face. To deliver a more sustainable service and to support the goals of the Wellbeing of Future Generations (Wales) Act we are moving towards a more virtual service. We anticipate the approximate split between virtual and face to face work will be 75% and 25% respectively, although this is not guaranteed. Note the delivery of Business Planning, Financial Forecasting, Review and Assessment Support will be in response to future client demand and access to future funding.  There is no guarantee of the amount of work to be delivered under the Framework.",
