Description

Cardiff University are looking for one supplier to provide fully managed, modern, cashless laundries within its residences, at no cost to the University.The University will provide gas, electricity, data provision, WI-FI, hard-wired internet facilities, drainage, lighting, and water to the laundries without charge, and tender proposals should take account of the direct costs incurred by the University in providing / maintaining utilities throughout the duration of the contract period.The facilities will include as a minimum: -Heavy duty washing machinesHeavy duty dryersAll instructions, posters, signage, and written notices displayed within the laundry facilities must be provided in both Welsh and English, with the Welsh language text positioned so that it is likely to be read first (above or to the left of the corresponding English text.Seating / TV provision (where space allows)
