Cadw Consultancy Services Dynamic Purchasing System (Ref: F089/2020/2021) - Lot 4 Civil EngineeringCadw is seeking a lead consultant, who will in turn procure and appoint a multi-disciplinary team to (initially) provide a technical report and strategic programme of works with indicative time and cost estimates (a âroute mapâ) that will enable us to identify preferred option(s) for the remediation of the unauthorised riverbank works and for long-term flood risk management. The âroute-mapâ is required by 31st March 2025. Fee quotations are also needed for RIBA Stage 2 and, subsequently, through to RIBA Stage 4 and administration of the works on site through to handover, to help Cadw to budget for the background technical work, design work, consenting and delivery of the preferred option(s) over future financial years.
