Cyngor Gwynedd is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Contract Administrator to manage and oversee the demolition of an existing community building and the subsequent construction of a new car park on the same site. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the project through to completion, excluding planning and SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) approvals, which have already been granted.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
