Description

Initially the appointment will involve managing the pre-contract service including design team, quantity surveyor and supporting specialists through RIBA 4 design and tender development for a traditional JCT lump sum tender. Under this contract, the Architect will be providing full Contract Administrator duties.The build programme will be phased in two main sections over 16-month period on site. The initial phase will target getting the Institute level ready and accessible and the second phase the Hall level. The external refurbishment will be undertaken over both phases.
