    "description": "Bouygues UK is delivering the new Barry Waterfront Campus (BWC) for Cardiff and Vale College as part of a 119 million GBP development under the Mutual Investment Model (MIM). Situated in Barry\u00e2\u0080\u0099s Waterfront Innovation Quarter, the 5,980m\u00c2\u00b2 campus will serve around 900 full and part-time students. It will offer courses in hospitality, hair \u0026 beauty, care, creative arts, and business, with public-facing training facilities including a restaurant and salon.
