Description

The work will take place in two phases. Items 1 – 3 to be completed before the 18th July. Items 4 - 5 to be completed between 15th October and January 31st and is subject to the completion of a second phase of felling scheduled for the end of September.Mill Common is a popular recreational woodland in the middle of a residential area. All work must be carried out to a high standard and with consideration to site users. Site must be left safe and tidy at the end of the working day. Any areas of incomplete work where access may be hazardous must be protected by barriers over night or over weekends.All materials required to complete the project will be procured, paid for, supplied by, and taken to site by contractor. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to remove all waste from the site at the end of the project and be disposed of in line with waste regulations and to leave the site at the end of works in a tidy condition (all tools and equipment removed, litter and waste generated during the works removed, free from trip hazards, etc) and any concerns raised by the project manager resolved to their satisfaction.See attached brief for details of the requirements.
