It included the four elements of the current programme - enhanced health visiting, support for speech, language and communication, parenting support as well as high quality childcare.This is Round/Phase 3 of the expansion of the Flying Start provision within the non maintained sector. and established providers and new entrants in the market are encouraged to apply. This 3rd round will be remain open until the expansion of phase 3 has been completed..The Flying Start Procured Childcare Places Approved List will expire on 23 February 2029.This requirement is being tendered via etenderwales and further detail as to the requirement can be accessed via PQQ_33669.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
