Description

Implement repairs to the 170 metre long two storey Llandudno Colonnades Structure.Works will require site clearance of overgrown bushes and trees and the carrying out of repairs to the reinforced concrete structure, application of a waterproof coating to the roof level deck, refurbishment of metal balustrading to staircases, electrical installation and metal balustrading to the roof level perimeter.The works will be carried out at both storeys of the structure.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=154065.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
