    "description": "This work is part of the Celtic Rainforest LIFE project, an EU LIFE-funded project focussed on improving the condition of woodland in five SACs across Wales.  Work will include eradication of Rhododendron ponticum and other invasive plant species, implementing woodland grazing projects and undertaking woodland management. The project is led by the Eryri National Park Authority, with RSPB Cymru and Woodland Trust as delivery partners.In the Elan valley we will be introducing cattle grazing in several areas, including part of Llanerchi woods. New fencing is needed around the site, along with some fence repair near the reservoir. The work will also include installing a new field gate and handling pen.Note that lengths of fence required are as measured on a map, contractors should bear this in mind when quoting.
