    "description": "Coleg Cambria wish to employ a Design Team with suitable skills and services to deliver an Animal Skills Centre / educational teaching building to deliver both practical and theory based teaching sessions for students attending the College.It is anticipated that the building will be approximately 1300m2 over a single floor, comprising but not limited to the following: - \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Up to 8no. workshop teaching spaces \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Designated changing and locker facilities \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 WC\u00e2\u0080\u0099s \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Staff facilities to include offices \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Circulation space \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Storage \u00e2\u0080\u00a2 Plant rooms.
