    "description": "Hyppo Hydrogen Solutions Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a Smart Energy Management System (BMS) at Bay Studios, Swansea.The system will integrate renewable generation, hydrogen production, energy storage, heating, and mobility infrastructure into a unified control and optimisation platform.
