Cyngor Gwynedd invites consultants and organisations to express their interest in undertaking and conducting an assessment of the likely effects of the Gwynedd Local Development Plan on the Welsh Language.Public bodies must consider the impact of their policy decisions on opportunities to use the Welsh language, and on not treating Welsh less favourably than English. In doing so, organisations must make a conscious effort to consider the effects.Cyngor Gwynedd is committed to the Welsh Language Standards set by the Welsh Government under Section 4A of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011.
