The supplier will produce two simple graphic based animated videos in 2D with narration.Each of these videos will be required in the following formats:-English with English subtitles-Welsh with Welsh subtitlesEach video o be 3 minutes long. The animated content for each animation will be the same however, the narration will be different - x1 English version and x1 Welsh version.
