Description

As part of the ‘Welsh Government Building Safety Remediation Fund’. A Fire Safety Review has been undertaken at The Osborne Apartments, Rothersldade Road, Swansea. This has highlighted a number of areas that need to be rectified in order to lower the risk of fire and fire spread within the building.The Osborne Apartments now wish to enter into contract with a Contractor to deliver the identified works.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=157495.
