The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) seeks a design team to undertake the role of Principal Designer for the following projects:• Project 1: Alterations to Unit 3, Technium 1 (Swansea)Unit 3, Technium 1, Kings Road, Swansea, SA1 8PH• Project 2: Teaching & Learning Building – Café Conversion (Carmarthen)College Road, Carmarthen, SA31 3EPSubmissions should demonstrate capability and approach across the following design disciplines:• Architectural design, including delivery of the Principal Designer role.• Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) design.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=158703.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
