    "eligibilityCriteria": "Bidder must be able to demonstrate:- Experience of successfully delivering at least two similar refurbishment or alteration projects within the last 5 years- SSIP-accredited certification (e.g. CHAS, SMAS, etc.)- Competent H\u0026S Lead- Satisfactory financial posistion appropriate to the scale of the project- Confirmation of appropriate levels of insurance - as set out in the contract.- Ensure that commerical and qualitive responses are included in tender submission- Ability to act as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015- Evidence of qualified site management Staff (e.g. SMSTS management, CSCS for operatives)- Ability to manage live-builidng constraints and implement site logistics suited to community or arts venues.- A Quality Management system (formal accreditation such as ISO 9001 or equivalent internal system)- An environmental policy (preferably ISO 14001 or equivalent)- Ability to comply with waste and recycling requirements",
