    "description": "The TCSPC system aims to support SU\u00e2\u0080\u0099s research areas in semiconductor materials and devices, photonics and quantum technology, and researchers from various departments (including EEE, CISM and Chemistry). The system measures the carrier dynamics through the transient photoluminescence down to the single-photon level.
