    "description": "Estyn is seeking a third-party contractor to lead on the production of twenty-one audio and video podcasts to capture professional discussion between an Estyn host and two or three education providers in line with eleven identified key themes.-One of Estyn\u00e2\u0080\u0099s three strategic objectives is to build capacity for improvement of the education and training system in Wales. As well as providing accountability to service users on the quality and standards of education and training in Wales, we are increasingly raising the profile of our role in supporting the system to improve. A wide range of improvement resources are available on our website to support education providers in raising standards for learners. We established \u00e2\u0080\u0098Sgwrs\u00e2\u0080\u0099 podcast series in 2025 to complement this range of resources and are keen to ensure a steady flow of content to engage and support stakeholders.-We are seeking the support of a bilingual agency with experience in podcast production to produce the next series of eleven topics.-Estyn established a podcast brand and launched four episodes initially in January 2025 to coincide with the publication of the HMCI\u00e2\u0080\u0099s annual report, expanding on some of the key themes. Since September 2025 a series of monthly podcasts have been released.
