    "description": "Supply, delivery and installation of C5 rated window security to the external face of two rooms on the Ground floor corridor of Llandinam Geology wing.Contractors must possess and provide the relevant LPS1175 Issue 8 accreditation/certification for the manufacture and installation of the security grilles/bar sets, and the installed grilles/bar sets must have a minimum LPS1175 Issue 8 C5 certification.Contractors will need to thoroughly assess the external construction of the building in order to install the grilles securely.Contractors will note that the building has solid reinforced concrete walls which have an external cladding.The west elevation windows are aluminium framed double-glazing with an overclad cill, the East elevation widows have steel framed single glazing.Contractors will be asked to submit tender costs for installing grilles/bar sets to the windows of the two rooms individually and also a combined cost for both.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
