  "description": "Minimum Requirements Cont/\r\n Insurance Requirements have been fully detailed in the Tender documents (Invitation to Tender) available in PCST.\r\n .\r\n Health and Safety Requirements continued\r\n -Hold a UKAS (or equivalent independent third party), accreditation in accordance with ISO 45001 certificate or have a SSIP accreditation\r\n -Where the Bidder does not satisfy the above certification, they will require to complete the full Glasgow City Council Health and Safety Vetting Questionnaire and also provide appropriate evidence of relevant policies and procedures.\r\n .\r\n Experience and Qualification Requirements continued\r\n -Bidders are required to ensure the designated Manager for the service holds a registered manager qualification or equivalent.\r\n .\r\n Care Inspectorate Grading continued\r\n -Where Bidders do not yet operate a Shared Lives Service/Adult Placement Service in Glasgow but do operate a Shared Lives Service/Adult Placement service in another location, the Bidder is required to confirm that they have achieved a minimum of Grade 3 across all inspected themes for their organisations most recent Care Inspectorate (or equivalent) inspection for that service.\r\n .\r\n -Where a Bidder can confirm they have the required experience and Registration, but has not yet had a completed first inspection to demonstrate the required Grade 3 across all themes, the Bidder may commit to evidence this on completion of the first inspection. Successfully awarded Providers may be temporarily suspended from the Framework until this evidence is provided.\r\n .\r\n -Bidders are required to note that Lot 1 and Lot 2 are tied, and therefore Bidders cannot bid for a single lot on its own.\r\n .\r\n Providers who are successfully awarded to this contract who have existing contractual agreements in place under the current contract Adult Shared Lives GCC004345SW will have these arrangements transfer to the new contract terms at the contract commencement date.\r\n .\r\n Glasgow City Council will be using the National Public Contract Scotland eTendering System (https://www.publictendersscotland.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk) to conduct the tendering activities for the duration of this initiative.\r\n The buyer is using PCS-Tender to conduct this ITT exercise.
